Sometimes when facing difficulties we get lost in our thoughts and emotions. Often it is helpful to talk to a professional psychotherapist to find a fresh perspective in our lives, and to bring out the best in us. Core Process Psychotherapy is a mindfulness based approach that integrates current Western psychotherapeutic approaches and Buddhist psychology. It is based on the understanding that Awareness is intrinsically healing and that this can be experienced in relationship. This approach can help you to find new confidence and a deeper sense of well-being in many different ways. Erik Passig is an experienced psychotherapist, registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), the major governing body in the UK. He also offers brief solution focussed therapy and teaches meditation courses in London.
